Water Damaged Condo

Insurance claim for water damage in home from a busted fire sprinkler.  The process consisted of inspection, extraction, dehumidification, sanitation, and reconstruction of entire 2 story condo. 

100 yr old house rehab

This was a renovation of an  100 year old home while preserving some of it's original features. The areas that were remodeled were the kitchen with new quartz countertops ,refinished the original wood flooring . We also converted an original 1/2 bath area into a full bath area with walk in shower. The third space that was converted is a porch into a laundry room with all utility hookups!

Full bathroom remodel with new cabinets, quartz countertops, vanity and full size linen closet.  Finished with a frameless shower door with full backsplash sink wall tile to back wall for an updated modern flare. 

Kitchen remodel

Insurance claim, slab leak that flooded kitchen. Remodeled kitchen, converting the existing oven cabinet to a pantry. Replaced the cooktop with a new full range. Added new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring & lighting.

Framed out wall to install built in electric fireplace. Added custom cabinets and shelving.

Shingle Roof and Windows

Replaced windows with Argon gas filled vinyl windows and 30 yr composite shingle roof. Painted soffit and facia. 

Handicap bathroom remodel and enlarge

Handicap accessible for veteran. Expanded shower from wall to wall. Porcelain tile on floors, handicapped grab bars and bench seating. Toilet position readjusted. Installed floating vanity and replaced lighting.

Small tub converted to handicap accessible walk in shower. Porcelain wall tile and mosaic accent tile.

There was a kitchen grease fire. We had to rehab about half the property.

Bathroom remodel. Sunken tub converted to walk-in shower. Existing shower converted to a closet. New flooring, paint, custom built vanity cabinets, custom built linen closet with doors on both sides & sliding barn doors!

Guest bathroom conversion from tub to walk-in shower with rainfall/waterfall shower head. 

Commercial Tattoo shop

We removed wall paneling, and taped, bedded and textured with at least 4 coats of beautiful paint for that glossy finish. We also removed flooring in various areas and came back with laminate, ceramic and vinyl flooring. Did some funky modern carpentry finishes to the waiting room door.
